With the 2015 Canadian Little League Championships coming to Ottawa this summer, host club East Nepean Little League (ENLL) is very happy to announce their Major Title Sponsor this Friday, May 15th at the Eagles Nest, the site of the Championship.
It’s a big year for ENLL, as they celebrate their 60th season and host their first National tournament. The tournament will be taking place August 6-16, 2015, bringing in 100 players aged 11 and 12, as well as thousands of family, friends and fans to the Barrhaven community.
The announcement will come at 5:30 p.m. prior to the Major Canadians game between the Eagles and the Blue Jays at 6:00 p.m., in South Nepean Park, 700 Longfields Drive, in Barrhaven.
On top of the Sponsorship announcement, there will also be a lottery ball style draw to determine the schedule for the tournament. The two teams on the field will be assisting in the draw.
This is the first event of many this summer leading up to the tournament and anyone is welcome to come watch the beginning of a very exciting year for ENLL.
